As a Notary Public, I am able to administer and notarise a wide variety of affidavits, oaths, and declarations. Please ensure that you have any attachments or exhibits referred to in the document and please do not sign the document before the appointment.
Oaths can be sworn using a religious text, or affirmed without one. I have a wide variety of religious texts available for this purpose.
The cost of an administering an oath as a Notary Public for use abroad will depend on the length of the document and number of attachments/exhibits. Please send me a copy so that I can provide a quote.
Any declaration to be used in Scotland, Ireland, the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey, or the Isle of Man, will require notarisation and my notarial fees will apply.
